I have a Goal...it always comes after every child...I know from past experience one of the big steps in accomplishing a goal is letting others know...So I am Letting You Know ...I am going to do it!...luckily I have a good friend who is willing to help me out:) If anyone else is interested in losing weight, I would love to include you in our little venture...
